Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse or partner compounding pharmacy. Once the package leaves our premises, the courier company bears responsibility for the goods while in transit.

You must promptly report any issues to the courier company within 48 hours. We will assist by providing necessary documentation for claims.

9. Returns and Refunds
