Pepti Clinic ships products throughout Australia. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All products are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Please note: We do not ship internationally. All orders must have an Australian delivery address.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and any required clinical approvals are completed.
For prescription items: Processing may take an additional 1-3 business days as your order requires review and approval by a qualified medical practitioner, followed by dispensing by our partner compounding pharmacy.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.

Some orders may be split into multiple packages based on product availability and shipping origin. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Some orders, particularly those containing prescription items, may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If you provide authority to leave (ATL) instructions, you accept responsibility for the package once it has been left at the specified location. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being left as instructed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon dispatch from our warehouse or partner pharmacy. In compliance with Australian consumer rights, while goods are in transit, the courier company bears responsibility.
We ensure all goods are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, responsibility for the products rests with you, including proper storage according to product instructions.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.
Some products may be temperature-sensitive and require specific storage conditions. These products are shipped with appropriate packaging (such as insulated containers or ice packs where necessary).
Upon receipt, please transfer temperature-sensitive products to appropriate storage immediately as indicated on the product packaging.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents or the nature of our business. The sender name on the package will show our registered business name or a generic identifier.
