Pepti Clinic ships products throughout Australia. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and in a timely manner. All products are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Please note: We do not ship internationally. All orders must have an Australian delivery address.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation and any required clinical approvals are completed.
For prescription items: Processing may take an additional 1-3 business days as your order requires review and approval by a qualified medical practitioner, followed by dispensing by our partner compounding pharmacy.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. Current shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations at additional cost
- Free Shipping: May be available on orders over a specified amount (as advertised)
5. Order Dispatch
Depending on the contents of your order, items may be shipped from:
- Our warehouse: For over-the-counter supplements and wellness products
- Partner compounding pharmacy: For prescription medications and compounded products
Some orders may be split into multiple packages based on product availability and shipping origin. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
7. Delivery Requirements
7.1 Signature on Delivery
Some orders, particularly those containing prescription items, may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
7.2 Authority to Leave
If you provide authority to leave (ATL) instructions, you accept responsibility for the package once it has been left at the specified location. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being left as instructed.
7.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package:
- The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
- The package may be held at a local collection point or depot
- You will need to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup
If you anticipate challenges receiving delivery, please notify us before dispatch so we can add delivery instructions to your order.
8. Risk and Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon dispatch from our warehouse or partner pharmacy. In compliance with Australian consumer rights, while goods are in transit, the courier company bears responsibility.
We ensure all goods are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, responsibility for the products rests with you, including proper storage according to product instructions.
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Contact the courier directly using the details provided in your dispatch email

9.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and contents
- Report the damage to the courier within 48 hours
- Contact us with the photos and details so we can assist with your claim
9.3 Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.
10. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may be temperature-sensitive and require specific storage conditions. These products are shipped with appropriate packaging (such as insulated containers or ice packs where necessary).
Upon receipt, please transfer temperature-sensitive products to appropriate storage immediately as indicated on the product packaging.
11. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents or the nature of our business. The sender name on the package will show our registered business name or a generic identifier.
